Load Time
We have several workstations running BricsCAD 24 that take upto a minute before the splash screen appears after clicking the icon. This is very frustrating as it appears that you have not clicked on the icon. A couple of lucky users have the splash screen appear almost immediately. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, is there a way to fix the delay?

Its more than likely some people have a SSD, solid state drive and others have a normal hard drive. Yes I have 2 drives in my laptop my V24 was on hard drive my V25 on SSD the difference in start time is massive.
So maybe check your drive types as the 1st step, sorry you will need to contact support to see if they can make some more suggestions, oh while I think of it how much Ram in the different Pc's does make a big difference. I run 16GB as minimum. Yes have added some memory to a basic user Pc and made a huge difference. They had like 4Gb pushed to 8Gb.

Worse if you have an old spinner drive, with minimal memory to where you’re hitting swap.
