Print as PDF misses entities in some readers

I've had two clients report that data is missing in plans I've sent which were printed using the Print as PDF driver. One of my clients used Adobe Acrobat Pro and I have verified that Adobe Reader did not show the complete plan. I don't recall what the other client uses, other than recalling that it is a well known brand. In the Adobe case the area that the client recognized as missing was not the same data that I saw missing, . The plans look fine in BlueBeam, Sumatra, and several other pdf viewers I have on my computer.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a work-around? For my workflow "Lines Merge" is required for printed PDF, which limits printers to Adobe, BlueBeam, and Bricscad's Print as PDF. I've seen this in both V24 and V25.

    Maybe this is related to some specific viewport Visual style or Shade plot (e.g. Legacy Hidden), entity type (e.g. text with a specific font), etc.? There were requests about something like this, but every had its own specific.
    Probably it would be better to create a Support request and provide your drawing for investigation.
