Help with Creo drawing symbols

Ok this is a weird one but need help nonetheless. Customer sent these drawings from Creo and noticed this symbol that I have never came across before. I'm guessing it's a relationship symbol that may be typical with modelers like Creo or Solidworks. Can someone explain the purpose of it? See attached - the symbol is shown in a "cloud".

Just a suggestion as all the problems are related to importing Creo dwg's maybe ask Lyubov Osina to merge your 3 posts into one post. This way all the posts are relative to each other, I expect you will find more that needs to be changed.
Did you read about the diameter symbol that I posted ?
