Request to make the layer panel more like the Layer Legacy panel from V23?

Colors & borders & icons & just overall feel.

REASON - @ my work place most haven't shifted to the newer versions of BricsCAD because of the discontinuation of Layer Legacy, so some feed back on this topic will be appreciated

    I requested this feature a long time ago, and I don't know why they removed the option to drag to select multiple layers. If the function works in the BC explorer, it should also work in the layer panel.

    And I don't know why they added a magnifying glass click to filter layers, which makes using the new layer panel slower, less practical, and less intuitive.

    This is software that increasingly interoperates with GIS and BIM, where the number of layers is ever-increasing, and it has significantly worsened the use of layers.

    And regarding the option to "Change selected objects to this layer" via the right-click menu in layer pannel, as in "MicroStation" or "Rhino", I think this option wouldn't lose interoperability with any CAD program, And it would be a great asset.

    I continue to use BS 24 because of Layer (legacy) in drawings with more complex layer structures, but it becomes complicated since we lose compatibility with newer plugins.

    Please make a layer search/filter box always visible and allow the selection of multiple layers by dragging the mouseover the layer panel.

    Yes and also same for Tool Palettes.

    Also Fix Layer ordering, it keeps jumbling up order when switching between Layout and Model, and after inserting blocks firm tool palettes.

    Also, right click column header, menu should remain displayed so as to repeat select/deselect , should only close when user clicks outside the menu.

    All Panels, the cursor must remain in the text field until user clicks outside outside, currently all panels when cursor is in text field until user and mouse is move outside of panel in model space, the cursor jumps out of the field and into the command line, which means user is still typing he don’t see the command line filling out instead of the text field.
