Export to IFC does not Work

Hi, I have this building that i need to send to an Architect that uses ArchiCAD and i am trying to export it to IFC and it does not work and i do not know why. Can anyone help?

    Hello.

    There seems, indeed, to be an issue with the dwg file, at least when using V25.
    This could be related to how the model was created and edited.

    The ifc file can be created with another version, like V24.
    I used IFC 4 Design Transfer View - see attached.

    The ifc file works fine also in V25.
