PARAMETRICMOVE POLAR instead of just linear

Hallo

I am trying to apply a move parameter to an object inside a parametric block using parametric move, but the command only allows movement along a line (through a single vector), not in the XY plane. Is ther a way I can freely move the objects not just along a single line (polar movement instead of linear)?
