Custom properties in Balloons

Hi, there's an old discussion (dated 2020) with no answers
Hope this will be more lusky

My intention is to have a balloon that show other info other than ID Number from BOM
For now i'm trying to get the part name

I've only found that, if i associate to a multileader a block containing the tag NAME, automatically the balloon show the name of the file, but haven't found any other tag, nor information about key-tag to be used to customize the info shown
