Interior sections not aligned

Hallo

I am experimenting with interior elevations on a non orthogonal room generated from a BIM SPACE: I activate the bimsection command, select interior elevation and selecte the BIM space.

Question 1: Strangely 3 elevations are generated correctly but 2 are misaligned for some reason.

If I select the sections I see the planes are all skewed for some reason:

can you pls advise why ?

Question 2: is there any way to change the unit in the BIMSPACE area as I work in mm but would need indication in sqm ?
