License version is 25.1. BricsCAD V25.1 worked stably until a few days ago. It suddenly started having problems with opening.

The interface of BricsCAD Launcher is empty—no icons, no colors, etc. If I click the mouse in the BricsCAD Launcher, the Start Page opens but is also empty. The ribbon is empty as well (no icons), but if I click where the icons are usually located, the commands still work (for example, clicking where the Circle icon normally appears still runs the command).

Fixes I have tried:

  • Reinstalling
  • Deactivating the license
  • Installing version 25.2 (with this version, BricsCAD Launcher does not display at all, so I reverted to 25.1)

Are there any solutions to this issue other than updating to V26?

    This can be a graphic card/driver related issue, the launcher is rendered using Qt which relies on OpenGL. First thing to try that may solve this is updating the graphics card driver(s) to the latest manufacturer versions (or, if it was recently updated, try to revert to previous version).
