acedSSGet not working with *some* filters with logical operator and wildcard

pFiltro2 = acutBuildList(RTDXF0, L"INSERT",
-4, L"<NOT", 8, L"5", -4, L"NOT>",
-4, L"<OR", 2, L"FG*", 2, L"CARTALFA", -4, L"OR>",
RTNONE);

this filter above makes the acedSSGet return -5001 (RTERROR), but at the same time, this other filter ⬇️ works fine with the acedSSGet, and I can't see the difference.

pFiltro2 = acutBuildList(RTDXF0, L"INSERT",
-4, L"<NOT", 8, L"5", -4, L"NOT>",
-4, L"<OR", 2, L"BLK*", 2, L"Q11", -4, L"OR>",
RTNONE);


but again if I use this 3rd filter, is not working again:

Filtro2 = acutBuildList(RTDXF0, L"INSERT",
-4, L"<NOT", 8, L"5", -4, L"NOT>",
-4, L"<OR", 2, L"pluto", 2, L"pippo*", -4, L"OR>",
RTNONE);

can someone help me spot the problem?🧐
