Civil Point Label HUGE in Paper space

Ive been using Bricscad for about a year and have taught myself all the Basics. Ive recently learned how to insert Civil points from a file and use it to gain an overview of the current on-shore windmills in our planing area. I wanted to print an overview of our planned windmill with the currently built windmills, but the label on the Civil point scales up on paper, so its always the same size.

Is there a way to avoid this? I've looked at all the Label settings an can't find anything that helps.

    Not sure without a sample dwg but sounds like annotative text, anno scale in say paper space is set wrong.

    I rarely use annotative text so can not really help.
