Installing Trial Version of Communicator V26 on Mac OS X

I am trying to install Communicator to test it and no matter what I have done I keep getting the following after typing COMMUNICATORINFO:

Brief check result: Communicator module loading: FAILED

A BricsCAD Pro license level: OK
'CommunicatorPath' setting has incorrect value or Communicator installation is broken.
Please set the value to the Communicator installation path or reinstall it.
Communicator license: OK
Communicator module loading: FAILED
UseCommunicator setting (1 or 2): OK
(Change in the settings affects only the next launch
The value depends on license level)

I've found that installing it in the library does not seem to work because the path name contains a space (probably need to substitute some character for a space), so I have it in the Applications folder as: /Applications/BricsCAD-Communicator-V26/

Installed it twice, followed the directions for install, restarted BricsCAD multiple times, scoured the internet, but keep getting the above message.

Can anyone help me with what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance…
