the way I see it you have 2 options that you can use simultaneously:
- do a google\youtube search for drawing cad 3d items like piping and more, then watch and learn (see attached video as an example).
- to get a 3d drawing of almost any item: search for 3d piping (or any other key word). there are manufacturer's sites (like GF, FIB and more), and other sites that you can find 3d drawings of almost everything you need.
