Activation of BricsCAD 15 on new computer
I have BricsCAD V15 running on an older pc and now want to install it on a new pc. When I enter the valid activation code I get an error code 105 message :
Error reading from network. I you are using a PROXY to connect to the internet, please enter your PROXY setting before (de)activating.
But I don't use a PROXY. In fact, I have never used one in my life and have previously transfered my V15 from one pc to another after upgrading to new pc's without any problem.
What do I have to do?

Error code 105 could be caused by a firewall blocking the internet traffic. You can try the following:
- Turn off the computer firewall and the anti-virus for a short time while trying to activate the software
- Or add bricscad.exe to the firewall and antivirus exceptions
- Add exceptions for port 80 and URL license.bricsys.com/actpro, also for port 443 and https://api.bricsys.com/
- You can also try to activate the software using a mobile hotspot instead of the company's internet.
