Workflow creation of Construction Drawings with Bim

After giving up with the competitive version…I now find it challenging to create contract drawings and looking for your workflow tips in creating a construction drawing set.

  1. The Floor Plan; Drawing a smart wall and inserting doors and windows.
  2. The Room Space: Drawing the Space inside a room that holds the Room Name, Room Number and will number the door tag when placed in the door to that room.
  3. The Ceiling Plan: Turning all doors and windows off using the Display Configuration for RCP. This automatically turns on the Layer that contains headers. Smart Doors and Windows generate with a Header layer.
  4. Ceiling Grid the can be configured as a 2x2 or 2x4
