Fixed: BLOCK INSERTION POINT / BASEPOINT DOES NOT MATCH ORIGINAL DRAWING.

Hi All.

Just in case someone else has this problem.

I had to struggle with a parametric block that I made. I made a drawing and inserted it into my tool palette using Drawing Explorer. But no matter what I did, when I inserted the block into my new drawings the block base point was over 10000 units out of where I clicked.

My workaround ended up selecting everything in the original drawing and using WBLOCK to create a duplicate and most importantly clicking pick point in the dialog box, and selecting the correct point.

Note: I lost my user parameters and had to recreate them.
