Why is the Center Grip Not Moving With the Circle?
This block has completely frustrated me! I'm trying to make the dashed circle scale, and the leader to the dashed circle stretch. It sort of works, but why does the center of the circle not move with the circle, and why won't the grip to stretch the leader stay at the joint of the leader and the dashed circle?

It might be that the center of the circle refers to the grip that originally is displayed in the geometric center of the circle entity.
If this is the case, that grip is, in fact, the insertion point of the block.
The insertion point can't be adjusted by parametric operations.An alternative could be to position the block geometry so that the insertion point is in the center of the other circle.
Or, if it is possible to use dynamic blocks, you could experiment with using the base point parameter.

Thanks for the comment Virgil. I wish I still had access to AutoCAD to build some Dynamic Blocks, but my company recently switched to BricsCAD. I've been using AutoCAD since R13 and while I'm happy to see BricsCAD offering a much more affordable, and supported option (I can't even tell you how many bugs I've reported in AutoCAD in the last few years and Autodesk essentially told me to deal with it), it is lacking ion a many of the creature comforts that AutoCAD had.
Parametric blocks are completely baffling compared to AutoCAD's Dynamic Blocks. Why can't you select the parametric operation and apply operations to them, like in AutoCAD? The whole linked operation is just janky. They're like a half-built, b*stard version of what AutoCAD offers. I'm hoping that when Autodesk's patent runs out we get better parametric blocks from BricsCAD.
