1, Loading a CUIX seems wonky, I.e.
<ComponentEntry AppName="PyRx_EB" ModuleName="./Contents/CUIX/PyRx.cuix" />
Fine on the fist load, subsequent loading shows:

Unable to load CUI file: MenuGroup PYRX already exists.
... my load message
it doesn't need to show that.
2, BRX modules that are loaded in a bundle don't show in the appload command.
it should show all loaded moduules
