Create a structural 2d drawing from a BIM model
I have been working with BIM for a while now and have a good grasp of the basics. However, I am struggling to produce a proper structural drawing. In my model, I have drawn all the floor beams in great detail, but I am finding it difficult to get them to display correctly on paper—surely I shouldn't have to manually hide every single element I don’t want to see in the drawing each time? I’ve tried using "Typed Plans," but the available information is very sparse, so I’m not sure which options to select. Furthermore, when I attempt to apply them to a drawing, the "Typed Plans" don’t even appear. I also can’t seem to modify an existing "Typed Plan" because the program crashes whenever I try. Could you please help me with this so that I can provide professional-quality drawings to my clients? Thanks in advance.
