ICAD / XP Pro - wont accept my license key

I've recently tried to install an ICAD 4.1 upgrade on an XP Pro. I've tried using 3 different Liense Keys but I get rejected each time. Even after uninstalling existing ICAD from my machine I still cannot get any License Keys to be accepted. I was told there was a patch that can erase the registry data so ICAD can be installed on a "clean slate". Can you please send me this patch.

    Could you please send us the keys , so we can check if they are (still) valid? The fact that the licensemanager rejects your key suggests that the problem is with the key, not with the installation of IntelliCAD.
