Larger Icons or Different Sizes of Icons in ToolBars

Does anyone know or is it possible to create drifferent sizes of Icons in ToolBars? or different sizes of ToolBars constraint by the size of the icons?Like having different sizes of text in a document to highlight importance?

    Ther is an option LARGE BUTTONS in the TOOLBARS item in the VIEW menu.Choose TOOLBARS in the VIEW menu, then check the LARGE BUTTONS option on the SELECT TOOLBARS window. This option affects all toolbars.

    What I was looking for is to have non-uniform sizes, some larger than the other, not just larger size for all icons.Is this possible?
