GROUP creation in VBA

Is it possible to create groups in VBA. I notice the {ACAD_REACTORS} under Group Code 102, but do not understand. I was assuming (330 . "Group_Name"), not so, rather a NEW entity name. I hope a simple example would teach me alot about this structure. As below, if not in VBA, maybe LISP?

    Jerry,support for working with groups was added to BricsCad IntelliCad not so long ago, and support for working with groups through the COM API was not completed right along. Recently this extension has been completed, it will be available in BricsCad V5, due to be released later this week.Kind regards,Hans De Backer
