Polyline width scaling

Draw a ployline with a width of 2.5, use the scale command and select the polyline and scale it 0.02. The width should then become 0.05 like it use to and still does in Autocad, but does not. It is holding the width of 2.5.Needs to be fixed.

    Version 5.1.0013 is the version that I am using with windows xp

    We could indeed reproduce the problem, but it does not occur with LightWeight polylines, only with 'heavy' polylines (plinetype = 0).The problem existed also in all versions 4 we checked.We will fix it.Best regards,Hans
