when I rotate oject Dimension horizontal 90' text is OK only rotate dimension vertical TEXT NOT ROTATE 90'by

    Have you checked your dimstyles setting? (DDIM) Make sure the box is checked under the Text tab for Draw inside text horizontally and Draw Outside text horizontally.
