Does anyone else think this is a problem???

When layers are locked they must behave like AutoCAD so that you can esnap onto them with endpoint, midpoint, intersection and so on.....Would be a nice thing to have in the next patch. It is annoying.

    Yes it is a problem. The idea of locked layers included the ability tosnap to and draw relative to locked entities and do editing functionswithout disturbing them... The same thing applys to the ability to snapto viewport items while in paper space. Both of these should be fixed.
