Bug when rotating dim text

I have version 6.2.0024 and am experiencing the following bug.I have a dimension style, for which the text is set to be horizontal in all instances. When I edit the dimension text to make it vertical, it will rotate to be vertical, but both the dimension lines and the text shoot off to the outfield.
