Dimension line through text

Another dimension problem. The dimension line is going through the text. It is behaving as though the dimension text were only 1 character wide, or perhaps as if the dimension were rotated 90 deg from the dimension line. But, in this case the dimension text is aligned with the dimension line.Any work arounds? I need to get this drawing out tomorrow AM and it is getting more messed up as I work on it!Joe Dunfee

    I keep dimension defaults, but sometimes have similar if I drag the text around after placing the dimension.Dragging by the line ends or extensions is ok.If a dimension is mirrored, the dimension often ends up going throught the text. When that happens I just do it again.Overall I don't have much trouble with dims.
