generating plot files
Does anyone no if there is any software out there to generate plot (.plt) files for Intellicad. I have a KIP large format printer and the software for it will not read it's own printer files that are generated when you print to a file using the windows print driver. I have to generate plot files using an old version of ACAD 2000 and the page set ups usually have to be reset (mainly portrait / landscape) when I go to plot on it. In the past I have used the windows driver for my old HP Design Jet to generate printer files which are basically .plt files with a .prn file extension. I loose a lot of printable area on the paper this way and I have to rename the printer files from .prn to .plt and as such is not a very efficient process.
