When you run Bricscad, all user defined settings are read from the current USER PROFILE. Which is the DEFAULT user profile if you did not define it otherwise. Choose USER PROFILE MANAGER in the TOOLS menu. Here you can 'manage' your user profiles. Use the EXPORT function to save your user profile in a safe place, in order to IMPORT it again in case - for some reason - you lost your settings.

I have tried and that doesn't work. Maybe it's me who doesn't manage to do it.1.I re-arrange all the toolbars2.I click on "Create""3.I enter the name "my toolbar"4.I click on "set current" ( i can export "my toolbar" with "export")5.I click on "Ok"6.I exit the program7.I re-enter in the program ...8."My toolbar" has disappeared9.I select "my toolbar" in the UserProfileManager10.I click on "Start" ... nothing good.

In the procedure you describe you create a completely new profile, which will not use the modifications you applied before choosing CREATE in the USER PROFILE MANAGER dialog.Changes are saved in the 'current profile'. You can see which profile is 'current' in the USER PROFILE MANAGER dialog. Therefore use the following procedure.1. Create a new profile or choose an existing profile.2. Launch Bricscad using the profile you selected in step 1.3. Define your screen layout, keyboard schortcuts, custom toolbars etc.4. EXPORT the profile, using the USER PROFILE MANAGER.

I'm surprised it doesn't work. All modifications are saved anyway in the registry, there is no need to export the profile. Exporting the profile is only needed if you - for some reason - must re-install the software or if you want to copy your settings to another computer.
