Commands to automatically generate sections views from 3D solid models

Please advise if there are commands similar to AutoCAD's solview, soldraw and solprof to automatically generate sectional views.If not, does anyone have a lisp or vba routine to help?Thanks!

    I use to make a lot of sections on seperate layers, then make one layout for each layer with all other layers frozen in that viewport. Hope you see what I mean and that this can help.
