Locking Toolbars
Is there a way to dock or lock the tool bars in v8? I notice that when I reduce the size of bricscad to something smaller than maximized, my tool bars get moved around and don't return to the way I had them.

It happens after using the cui command, after a crash and maybe other actions as well. It's really annoying.
