Toolbar Icons

I would like to add a few custom tool bar icons for internal macro calls. Ideally I would like to use the icons already in BC V8 as a basis and just add a bit of text or slightly modify the picture. However, I cannot find where the tool bar icons are available. I have used programs before to "suck" icons from DLL's and exe's but the toolbar icons don't seem to be accessible. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.Jon
