Extend bug?

Can somebody confirm this as a bug:1. Draw a horizontal line (1) from 0,0 to 0,102. Draw a vertical line (2) from 3,10 to 3,13. Draw a vertical line (3) from 6,5 to 6,1Line (2) can be extended to line (1), line (3) can not. It appears that if a vertical line is significantly shorter than a horizontal line, the horizontal line cannot be used as an edge.

    Also try drawing some lines (random) pick extend,hit enter to extend to next intersecting line.Pick around the lines and you will see that the lines does not extend properly. The lines actually extends but removes the original line.
