Can't snap to opposite corner of view

Creating views or selecting a window to plot will only allow you to snap (end, int, etcÂ&) to the first corner of your border (title block). It will not snap to the other corner to give you an accurate window so you must try and guess it by clicking as close as possible to that second corner. This is un-accepatable. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Can someone confirm this?Draw a rectagle and then make a view > window from bottom left to upper right corner using the endpoint snap mode to get the rectanle corners. The first corner will snap but nit the second. The same problem happens if you use the Explorer View command or the Command Line version.Thanks
