VB Net (Offset help)

I'm a novice VB net user. I just bought bricscad and I'm trying to convert my VB net programs (written for Acad 2000) to Bricscad V8. Can anyone tell me why my offset command keeps throwing an error.     When I try, I get an “The method or operation is not implemented.” Error. So it’s probably being worked on.
