layout isn't printing

It was working before, but now if I choose the "layout" option at the "plot area" options in the print dialog box it doesn't print anything but the "plot stamp". i tried changing the plot style, the size of the paper and many other options. I don't know what is happening, please help.Helena

just sent the file. none of the layouts prints.
