Plot Stamp Location

Is there a way to fine tune the plot stamp location? I see it can be a "header" or "footer", however, I can only get it to print at the bottom-center of the sheet. I would like to get it on the lower left corner of the sheet.

Use Commas with spaces to justify text in Headers or Footers. Eg " , ,Your Text" would right justify; "Your Text, , " Would Left Justify and " ,Your Text, " centre justifies.
