BRICSCAD DOESN'T START IN VISTA

I have just loaded BricsCad's latest version and I can not get it to start. The installation failed at installing c++ distributable. When I try to start I get this error:"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application even log for more detail."I started it by selecting "Run as Administrator"Does anyone have any ideas for me?
