Please file a support request and attach a sample file. When you say "can't read" do you mean you actually get a message "cannot read this file" or do you mean the file looks different from expected? If so, please specify what is different.Kind regards,Hans De Backer

a customer could not display the font of a Japanese .dwg file. in the Text Styles, the Font Name is txt.shx and the Bigfont is extfont.shx

how can we resolve this problem?

I guess, Hans means to attach a sample dwg to support request, and also the 2 fonts (txt.shx and extfont.shx);
btw., or those font files in support pathes ?

Can be verified with (findfile "txt.shx") and (findfile "extfont.shx").

Also, If you haven’t already, you may need to install the language pack in
Control Panel\Clock, Language and Region\Language  I needed to do this before I could read Chinese characters
