help with toolbars

We are a small office and we are upgrading from v4 to v8. This is a big jump and there are a number of things that are different. I am trying to accomplish two things:1. Customize toolbars.2. Save my custom toolbars and my user profile.Any help would be appreciated.

    What ever happened to the drag and drop customization of toolbars as per version 6. I have been waiting for one of the many fix / upgrades to address this.F.M.

    Drag and drop customisation of toolbars is gone for good. it will not return. The new customize dialog handles toolbars.
