about seting viewpoint

I have a plan drawn to scale 1:50 my paper size is A3 the layout plot is set 1:1my problem is it doesn't print to scale from layoutI got told to set center of viewpoint as 1500,10000 Height of viewport 20000 width 25000 where or how do I do that

    I don't know and I doubt it would achieve what you want, but firstly you should generally draw everything at full size then do any scaling in paperspace and/or at print time.If your drawing is in fact 1/50th, you have to allow for that when following any instructions you have - they will all be based on the model space drawing being full size.
