DXF Importing Errors

Iam using DXF files which have many blocks in them. These blocks do not import properly. For example, electrical symbols, where the legend should be beside the symbol, the legend is behind the symbol. Not good. How can I correct this DXF import ?Thanks

    I am not sure if Import is the same as Open, but if I save a file as DXF it seems OK while Exporting it to DXF gives really bad results (very big file, new unwanted entities...).I very rarely use DXF so never noticed, but just trying it now the same behaviour seems true in V7 as in V8.
