Autocad blocks will not copy etc. in Bricscad

Hi I'm new to Bricscad V8, I have opened a Autocad Architecturals drawing in Bricscad and the blocks from that drawing won't copy or explode. They are 3D blocks that I would like to use in 2D Bricscad drawing. Also can someone sugguest a good source for 2d block symbols, doors, furnituture, electrical ect. for Bricscad

    I get that with copying arbitrary entities, even ordinary lines. Sometimes only about half the selection comes across and there doesn't seem to be anything special about what disappears.Sometimes it helps to leave the session and come back, sometimes reducing everything to basic lines, circles etc., insert the whole drawing...Haven't been able to pinpoint anything consistent about it, but I don't use 3d and I don't remember not being able to explode a block.
