Selection Set Problems ver9.1.1 build 12599

I am porting a C# application from Autocad 2008 to Bricscad 9.1.1 and am having some problems with selection sets. My filter types are 0,8,1 and filter data is "TEXT", "CEN-123-0100-DATA", "#1-". When running with these selection parameters I recieve an empty selection set. While doing the same in Autocad I recieve 1 text entity.
