The crosshairs colors are set by colorx, colory, and colorz. Or open the Settings dialog and type "crosshairs". And you can see all the settings that affect color by typing "color" and then pressing F3 to cycle through the settings.I don't think you can set the pickbox color. But it's a white box inside a black box, so it should work over any background color.
