Toolbar bitmap transparent color

I'm importing bitmaps from Autocad. The standard 192,192,192 color is not showing as transparent. Is there a specific color I should be using so that the backgrounds match the toolbar border color?Thanks

Yes, Bricscad uses (236,233,216) as transparent color.
