Add Block using .NET Programming

I would like to know how will I add block/insert entities programmatically using .NET. 

Sample code will be very helpful.

  if you have a look at this link, http://www.theswamp.org/index.php?topic=31859.0  , you can find many examples of how to do this. the only difference is you may have to swap a few name spaces
