Could you recomend any good solution for BricsCAD that could replace AutoCAD Map 3D?
Functions that are needed:

You may want to look at two value products that offer functions similar to AutoCAD Map. Neither will provide you all the functions from Map but each one has its own strengths and limitations, and are popular with BricsCAD users.
1. MapWorks for BricsCAD - from www.dotsoft.com
