missing search path

Hello

I've just upgraded do V16, installed it, and it is not working properly:

support files searth path is missing, and the path only shows the letters "dt" (see image attached)

I've already unistalled my previous version (v11), tried a fresh install and still doesn't work.

What is wrong?

I've just solved this issue.

I just created another profile and it works fine.

I guess the problem must have been a reminiscent older profile from V11.
