a bug in V17 ?

I note (several times) that the Hatch of V17 right through (with plylijn) closed blocks shoot. At startup V16 it turned out here all good to go. A bug in V17, Is this correct? Others also have this experience?

    I do not know how to do that, an example. In a plane with (by polyline) closed surfaces, so islands, and I do a hatch in that plane, then break the hatch by the tacky clothes closed at V17. I have therefore tidy the hatch put on ' outer ' and 'boundery is polyline'. at V16, V15, V14 etc, it's all fine.
